Software & QA Engineers
Spain is home to some of the oldest institutions in Europe; two Barcelona universities were included among the world’s top universities in a 2018 survey. Barcelona is also considered one of Europe’s technology hotspots.
This educational background, skilled workforce and experience in technology innovation led to the decision in 2011 to open an ERNI office in Barcelona. Currently, 80% of the employees are experienced software and QA engineers fluent in English.
In 2016, the ERNI Lab, consisting of two Med-Tech laboratories, was opened near the office. The lab specialises in the testing and validation life cycle for the Med-Tech industry. In the same year, Juniper Research ranked Barcelona as the second smartest city in the world.
